About Us
A Leader in Flood Maintenance and Emergency Flood Deployment
Flood Response Assistance is the service arm of one of North America’s most established flood companies. We are a division of Flood Risk America, which manufactures and supplies the flood protection products, while we provide the deployment, maintenance, and emergency response services that keep those products performing.
Most flood protection providers either sell you equipment and walk away. We provide support after installation. As an integrated flood company, we plan, install, inspect, train, and deploy – so the barriers, panels, and covers built by Flood Risk America are field-ready.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Behind our leadership stands a full team of specialists: deployment crews, support staff, sales consultants who match clients to the right protection, a testing team that field-proves every product, and architectural designers who integrate flood protection into new and existing structures. Together, they turn a flood strategy into a property that’s genuinely prepared.

Stephen Gill
His work centers on flood zone preparedness, disaster management, and helping property owners secure stronger coverage and lower deductibles. Stephen led the development of the lightweight FRA Flood Panel and continues to drive innovation across the company’s full product line.

Tiffany Largey
She manages client portfolios end-to-end, guiding property owners through permitting, drafting, production, manufacturing, and installation, while also leading the company’s sales efforts. Tiffany is focused on expanding FRA’s product line and building on the team she considers the backbone of the company’s success.
tested, certified, and FM-approved flood protection products
From flood panels to passive automatic floodgates, every product we deploy has been rigorously tested to perform when the forecast turns serious.

Why Property Owners Choose Us
Commitment to Excellence
Our mission is to ensure that no property owner faces a flood event unprepared or unprotected. Flood protection isn’t a product you buy and forget about. It’s a system that requires inspection, maintenance, trained personnel, and a clear plan of action before the forecast turns serious. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
